Anybody else here using this or knew about this trick? Any other hidden features in macOS that you use? Swiping between full-screen apps then becomes a four finger swipe. The upshot is it seems to remove the ability to use the three finger gestures for other things.

Enabling Three Finger Drag, on Mac OS X El Capitan, Mac OS Sierra, MacOS Mojave. I personally prefer it because click-dragging feels like it would help.Special thank to Gaz Williams for pointing this out during today's Sonic TALK With that gesture, using three fingers you could touch the top bar of any window in OS X and drag the window around.
Before the advent of the Force Touch trackpad on the 12' Macbook (and the new 13' Retina MacBook Pro), you could enable a gesture entitled Three Finger Drag. Now you can easily move things around in OS X El Capitan by tapping with three fingers and dragging. Click on 'Three Finger Drag' in the dropdown menu. Trackpad gestures require a Magic Trackpad or built-in Multi-Touch trackpad. You can turn a gesture off, change the type of gesture, and learn which gestures work with your Mac. For more information about these gestures, choose Apple menu System Preferences, then click Trackpad.
